Like so many couples this year, Camden and Ashtyn planned to get married and celebrate with all the people that matter the most to them. But that’s not how this year played out. So they had an intimate wedding in Tucson with their closest family. And it was beautiful. Their ceremony took place at Resurrection Lutheran Church, which has a beautiful outdoor area perfect for a small wedding. A Zoom feed allowed friends and family to watch the ceremony remotely. After the ceremony and some family photos, we headed over to Cam’s parents’ house where they planned to have dinner and continue celebrating. As the sun set, we made some beautiful portraits in the desert and included the vintage car they left the church in. Fun stuff. After the portraits I headed out and they headed inside. Small, intimate weddings are so beautiful. Just as good as a big, traditional wedding. Sometimes even better! Camden and Ashtyn plan to celebrate with friends and family later next year.
