How do we get started?

Every wedding is unique, so how do you get started planning? It can certainly feel overwhelming, but I suggest diving in head first! After you’ve picked a venue and set a date, it’s time to find the right photographer. If you’ve landed here on this page, you’re (in my totally biased opinion) on the right track!

Step 1. Let’s Talk

Whether we meet in person, talk on the phone or meet via Skype or FaceTime, it’s important to connect and talk about the wedding celebration you’re planning. I like to get to know the couples I work with, get an understanding of what they like photography-wise, and give them a run down of how I approach photographing a wedding day. And, it’s really nice to get a feel for each other, at least a little bit.

Step 2. Let’s get you on my calendar

All right! We’re all on the same page regarding your wedding plans. Time to get you on my schedule. I’ll send over my contract and take a retainer fee. And then we’re in business. Super easy!

Step 3. Wedding Day Timeline Consultation

All of my wedding photography packages include a timeline consultation. I’ve photographed tons of weddings so I have a pretty good handle on how to keep a wedding day of any size moving forward on schedule. And have fun at the same time!

Wedding Photography Packages

It's important to tell the complete story of your wedding day. And your wedding will be unique. That's why I offer a number of photography packages including full day coverage as well as shorter time frames for more intimate affairs.

The All In package includes unlimited coverage on your wedding day, from hair and makeup in the morning to your sparkler exit at the end of the day. Includes full coverage on your wedding day (unlimited hours), timeline consultation, download of all final images (1,000 plus or minus) and online, password protected wedding gallery with super affordable printing. Plus, a beautiful, custom designed heirloom wedding album.

My most popular wedding photography package includes eight hours of coverage on your wedding day,  timeline consultation, download of all final images (800 plus or minus) and online, password protected wedding gallery with super affordable printing.

Four HOUR WEDDING: $2,695

Not looking for a lot of pre-ceremony photos? Not having a big reception? This could work for you. Includes four hours of coverage on your wedding day, timeline consultation, download of all final images (500 plus or minus) and online, password protected wedding gallery with, you guessed it, super affordable printing

A La Carte

Engagement Shoot: Start at $475

A session with 1 hour of coverage, online gallery hosting, and download of all final images. Note: Grand Canyon and Sedona shoots are $575. Horseshoe Bend shoots are $850.

Second Photographer: Starts at $200

I don’t need them to do my job and often not necessary at all but it can be helpful if bride and groom prep is in two different locations or you would like alternative angles of the same shot (like a close and wide first kiss shot).

Extra Hour of Photo Coverage: $300

Helpful if you would like extra coverage at the beginning or end of your wedding day.

Custom Designed, Lay Flat Wedding Album

Printing your photos is important! 10x10 leather bound, lay flat albums start at $450.

Printing. How much does it cost?

The short answer? Not much. I keep printing really affordable. I provide your photos in an online gallery. The gallery is connected to a quality print lab. I encourage you to order through the gallery. 4x6 prints cost less than printing at Walmart (.30 cents a print). But you’re getting quality printing. Why do I do it this way? Because they’re your photos.
