Northern Arizona boasts some pretty awesome spots to get married. High on my list is the Gardens at Viola’s in Flagstaff. Who doesn’t want to get married in the middle of a beautiful flower garden?! The venue sits alongside the Viola’s garden center, so the venue is brimming with colorful plant life. It’s really a unique spot. The patio area makes for a beautiful ceremony site. And the inside reception rooms are intimate and comfortable. Add in a bridal suite and you have a super convenient set up for getting ready and then flowing right into your ceremony and party. Nice!

Annie and Austin’s wedding day was really stress-free and super fun. Annie put together all the florals herself. They were beautiful. She and her bridesmaids all got ready on site while Austin and the groomsmen put their boutonnieres on outside in the gardens. When everyone was ready the ceremony began. Austin and Annie didn’t have a first look. The saw each other on their wedding day for the first time as Annie walked down the aisle. Should you have a first look before your ceremony or wait to see each other when your ceremony starts? Honestly, there isn’t a correct answer here. I like both ways. But there is something about seeing your partner walk down the aisle in the moment that can be really special. It’s a one of a kind moment.

After a walk around the gardens for some portraits, there were first dances and a performance by Annie’s dad on guitar. Pretty awesome! Dinner and toasts were inside and then the dance party took place back outside under market lights. Beautiful day into evening. Ebjoy the photos!
